Free delivery is standard on all orders to UK customers and will be delivered by our nominated delivery/ courier services or by Royal Mail. Some orders such as delicate or hazardous products may require a signature on delivery. Some delivery operators will elect to leave goods with a neighbour or in a secure location nearby unless a signature is required. The company reservesthe right to decide and or substitute delivery services at its own discretion.
In the case of Royal Mail being the selected delivery company parcels will be taken to the nearest sorting office if no-one is available to accept the delivery.
For delivery outside of the UK please contact the company for availability of delivery to your preferred location and a quote for the costs associated with this service.
Cancelling an Order & Refunds
All orders can be cancelled anytime prior to despatch or up to 7 days after despatch. Such cancellation must be received by the company by email or letter.
Goods must be returned to the company following the cancellation of an order together with an explanation for the return. The cost of returns will be the responsibility of the person who placed the order unless incorrect goods were sent. The company reserves the right not to issue refunds in the event that goods returned are not in a satisfactory condition.
However, if you are not totally satisfied with the quality of the products supplied by the company or they do not perform as stated the company will refund the full value of your order including any costs associated with returns.
It is incumbent on the person placing the order to ensure that the correct product was ordered and the company will not accept any liability for the use of an incorrectly ordered product, or its misuse. In the event of special orders such as colour matched products any returns will be entirely at the discretion of the company.
